Get Ready to MOVE It at the Barre!
Barre Fusion will get your heart pumping and tone every muscle in your body during this one-hour sculpting class.  The principles of ballet, yoga and pilates blend to create a unique and challenging workout.  Come and move it in new and exciting ways!

Yoga at the Club
All Levels Yoga
Ease into the start of your week with this Vinyasa Flow yoga class.  This one-hour class is perfect for the beginning yogi as well as the seasoned practitioner looking to refine their postures and deepen their practice.
Every Monday 5-6:15 P.M.

Yoga For the Active Body
Enjoy a fast paced and challenging sequence of postures intended to increase strength and stamina.  Each class will consist of deep hip and hamstring stretches to compliment those who bike, run and just "go for it" in their regular excercise routine. Come join the fun!

Explorations of the Human Body
Basic Anatomy and Physiology
This class is not only the study of the body’s structure and function, but a dynamic, hands-on experience of muscles and bones, joints and connective tissues, organs and the body’s network of systems. You will explore musculoskeletal, nervous, cardiovascular, integumentary, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, urinary, and reproductive systems not only as scientific realities, but as energetic spheres communicating with each other through the meridian flows of Qi. 18-Hours.

Condition Specific Anatomy:  Exploring Upper and Lower Back Pain
Take a deeper look at the structural and functional implications of hyperlordosis, hyperkyphosis and thoracic outlet syndrome as they relate to upper and lower back pain.  This class will discuss the origin and insertions, postural deviations and self-help applications for stregthening and legthening the involved musculature.

Physiology
Explore the basic functions of the body's organ systems with a fresh Western perspective and practical applications. Learn about the physiology of touch, pressure and pain, blood and immune function, blood sugar regulation, the digestive journey and respiratory roles in maintaining homeostatic balance. Come excited and leave amazed at how incredible the human body is. 8-Hours.

Acu-Yoga
Explore the connection between the ancient traditions of Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine in this weekend class.  Students will gain an understanding of the body clock, meridians and chakras, as a means for promoting personal health and advising clients for self-care routines.
